Could very well be found at Ellis Island Casino on Koval, a couple blocks east of the southern section of The Strip. I had what appeared to be an 8-10 ounce choice grade sirloin, perfectly cooked medium rare with choice of potato , plus green beans and a large iceberg lettuce salad with tomatoes and carrot sticks. Service was very friendly and efficient and you can get this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Total cost of this very good steak dinner? $4.95. If you know of a better deal, please share it
