Quick and easy, this Teriyaki Steak Meal Prep will keep you on track all week long. This is the perfect meal prep for anyone who is on the go and still wants to maintain a good healthy meal program.

Meal prepping is a great way to plan ahead. If you like to meal prep here are a couple additional great meal prep ideas that are a few of my favorites and I think you will love, Easy Teriyaki Chicken Meal Prep and Maple Glazed Salmon Meal Prep.

Which Beef Cuts Can You Use For Stroganoff

This meal prep version uses ground beef. This is not typical for a beef stroganoff.

Beef stroganoff is typically made with:

  • beef tenderloin
  • sirloin and,
  • boneless ribeye.
  • All of those will increase the cost of your beef stroganoff meal prep – but are totally fine to use.

    Just know your simmer time may have to increase to prevent tough meat.

    Skirt Steak Meal Prep

    Juicy beef meal prep for the week with spice crusted skirt steak recipe served with roasted brussels sprouts and sweet potato fries.

    • 5skirt steaks8 ounces each
    • 2teaspoonsancho chile powder

    • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
    • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 12 ounces broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
    • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

    In most cases, people have a tendency to meal prep chicken because it is reasonably priced, fast to cook and, depending on the cut of chicken, low in fat and high in protein. But, despite all of the ways you can make chicken absolutely delicious there still needs to be more variety to your weekly meals. In comes our second favorite protein choice, beef.

    There is such a wide variety of cuts when it comes to beef. Some leaner for those looking for a lower calorie option and some higher in fat for those on a keto, whole30 or paleo diet. But regardless of the cut used below these 25 high protein beef meal prep recipes are quick, easy and sure to leave your taste buds satisfied!

    Tips For The Pepper Steak Stir

    This pepper steak stir fry meal prep recipe is thinly sliced flank steak stir-fried with red and green bell peppers in a delicious sticky sweet-savory sauce. This quick and easy meal prep recipe tastes way better than take-out! Be careful with salt as soy sauce is already pretty salty . You shouldnt need to add any salt to the recipe.

    Mediterranean Beef And Rice Recipe

    Heres an idea: Next time you have some ground beef at home, make this Mediterranean Beef and Rice. Its an easy healthy dinner that needs only one pan, some good vegetables and, well beef and rice. This ground beef recipe will be done in around 30 minutes and makes 3 servings, which means if youre on your own: meal prep for 3 days is done. Serve with some salad, tzatziki and olives to make yourself feel like youve ended up somewhere in the Mediterranean .

    I am not a huge fan of ground beef or ground meat in general , but thanks to my husband, I again ended up with some ground beef at home and was completely lost.

    Grilling is one of my favorite ways to make meal prep fun, so these steak fajitas with cauliflower rice are always in my menu rotation.

    Steak fajitas are generally made with skirt steak, which is an inexpensive cut of beef. The peppers, onions, and cauliflower are also inexpensive, so this makes a great budget-friendly meal prep recipe.

    I choose to use cauliflower rice because I am generally trying to eat a low-carb diet, but you can substitute traditional rice or include tortillas to serve the steak and veggies in.

    How Long Can Ground Beef Lunch Meal Preps Last

    In the fridge, don’t let them go past 4 days. I know on Instagram you see all these beautiful meal preps for 5 days. No. Don’t do it. 4 days max.

    If you have more than 4 portions, freeze them! Ground beef freezes quite well.

    Ensure your meal preps head the the fridge within an hour of cooking them, and they will be safe for 3-4 days.

    When you reheat your ground beef meal preps, you want to make sure your beef is reheated to 156F

    How To Make Easy Keto Steak Meal Prep Bowls

    Turn to this easy keto meal prep when youre out of ideas! Its easy to prepare, low carb, and full of nutrients. This recipe makes enough for 3 servings, so you wont have to worry about making your lunch for at least a few days:

    Step 1: Season the steak tips with sea salt and pepper.

    Step 2: Heat some oil in a large skillet and cook the steak tips to your liking. Once theyre cooked through, transfer them to a plate and cover with foil.

    Step 3: Next, add the cauliflower rice, kale, and red pepper to a saucepan. Cover with water, place the lid on top, and cook on medium low heat. When the vegetables are soft and the water has been absorbed, stir in the salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and lemon juice.

    Step 4: Scoop the cauliflower rice and vegetables into 3 meal prep containers and top each one with the steak tips. Garnish with a slice of lemon and parsley, then store the containers in the fridge until its time to eat.

    Preparing your breakfast, lunches, dinners, and snacks days ahead of time is one of the best ways to save yourself some time and stress throughout the week. If youre new to meal prepping, use these tips before you start cooking:

  • Tackle meal prep on one day of the week. Sunday is a great day for meal prep because then everything is ready for the week ahead.
  • Invest in some airtight, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe containers.
  • When meal prepping lunches and dinners, make the protein source a priority. This can be anything from steak to chicken to salmon, or tofu and beans if youre vegetarian. A high-protein meal will keep you fuller longer and help you stick to your goals!

    We love our steaks medium rare so its under the broil for a few minutes only. If you like your meat a little more done, follow these tips:

    • If youre eating this right after its cooked leave it under the broil for a few minutes until its to your liking.
    • Medium 3-4 Minutes
    • Medium Well 4-5 Minutes
    • Well Done 5-7 Minutes
  • For meal prep, take it out at my recommended time. When you reheat it, the meat will cook longer and should be done to your liking.
  • It lasts for about 3-4 days in the refrigerator so when youre ready to eat, just pop them into the microwave for a minute or two.

  • How To Make Meal Prep For You

    I wish I was more help here or that I was stellar example but like I said above, Im on and off with the meal prep. I have realized that Im the most successful when Im prepping meals that a) dont take a ton of time b) can be eaten at room temp or are vegetarian and c) can hold up for more than 3 or 4 days. I always keep my meal prep SUPER simple and make familiar-to-me recipes that I know I already like- that way food doesnt go wasted!

    How To Make Chicken And Rice Meal Prep

    Theres a little bit of multitasking with this meal prep, but since theres so little hands-on time, it doesnt feel like much work.

    Youll start by preparing the marinade with the seasoning and Greek yogurt . I like to marinate the chicken for half an hour in the fridge, but thats completely optional. Bake the chicken at a high temperature to lock in the juices and get it cooked quickly.

    While the oven preheats for the chicken, start the rice and cook it according to the package instructions.

    Once you have the rice and chicken cooking, steam the broccoli for a couple of minutes, or until youre just barely able to pierce it with a fork.

    Beef And Broccoli Rice Meal Prep

    This is a fun twist on beef and broccoli, serving the stir-fried beef with broccoli rice instead of florets. Its an easy low carb meal that can be made ahead of time for your weekly meal prep in less than 30 minutes.

    While I usually make cauliflower rice for my weekly meal prep, I wanted to change things up by using broccoli rice. And when I think of broccoli, I almost always think of the classic beef and broccoli. This is a great way to serve beef and broccoli without the rice.

    How To Make Mediterranean Ground Beef & Rice

    Step 1: Prepare

    • Wash your rice until water runs clear
    • Chop the onions and other vegetables of your choice

    Step 2: Cook

    • Use a non-stick pan or skillet to cook the ground beef at medium heat
    • Add in spices, onions garlic and cook, add some water if needed
    • Add in the rice and salt and 1/3 water
    • Stir in some green beans
    • Cook until rice is done

    Step 3: Serve

    This dish is delicious on its own, but when you add a garlic sauce and some salad it gets even better. I served mine with tzatziki , an easy tomato cucumber salad and olives.

    Steak Meal Prep Bowl Ingredients

    • Steak tips Either cook a fresh sirloin steak or use up leftover steak and cut it into bite-sized pieces. The steak tips are seasoned with salt and pepper, but you could go a step above and use fresh herbs or herb-seasoned salt instead.
    • Cauliflower rice This low carb and keto-friendly alternative to regular white or brown rice is so delicious and full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. You can make your own homemade cauliflower rice using really simple ingredients or buy it frozen to keep the recipe as easy as possible.
    • Arugula This peppery leafy green is tossed with the cooked cauliflower rice for added nutrition. If youre not a fan of arugula, use spinach instead.

    • Broccoli rice is easy to make. All you do is finely chop broccoli to the size of grains of rice. You can either use the whole floret or just the stem. I prefer using just the stems. You can chop by hand or in a food processor or blender.
    • No time to chop? Some stores also carry pre-chopped broccoli rice. For todays recipe, I used Trader Joes broccoli rice.
    • Once the broccoli is finely chopped, you simply saute it with some oil and garlic and season with salt. Then its ready to serve!
