STIR FRY: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until just smoking. Keep a close eye on it to prevent burning and then cook the chicken 4-5 minutes per side until it is cooked through.

My Gift Will Arrive Too Late
My order was a gift that was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday. Now, after much investigation, Im told it wont arrive until after 1am Thursday. By that time, the recipient will be asleep, which means the order will be outside all night, exposed to heat and raccoons.
