Fresco is the collaborative effort of Loucas Sofocli and Alex Charalambous, owners of Loucas Restaurant in Edison, NJ and Ponte Vecchio in Old Bridge, NJ. Fresco Steak and Seafood Grill offers a very extensive menu specializing in steak and seafood at moderate prices. This “bring your own” restaurant is the perfect venue to have your special occasion party in one of our two private dining rooms.

Operations May Be Disrupted Due To Covid
This gem of a strip mall restaurant is unexpectedly pretty, with an appealing menu and food that is reliably good and served with a generous hand. The raw bar is a seafood lovers temptation with a chilled cocktail for two or more that could serve a crowd as a veritable aquarium full of clams on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, crab claws, jumbo lump crab meat, and oysters served with cocktail sauce and mustard. Notable among the steaks and chops is the grilled tenderloin of beef wrapped in bacon, topped with herb bread crumbs and finished with a brandy demi-glaze sauce. Another entrée, seafood risotto, is a creamy combination of wild rice, lobster, shrimp and scallops sautéed with asparagus and fresh tomatoes.
