But there might be signs that the chain is righting the course on breakfast.

One of the most mourned discontinued items in 2020 were the chain’s bagels, but they are finally back at select locations. As of now, the bagels have been spotted in Ohio, Virginia, and Philadelphia.
The new release includes a lineup of four bagel-centric breakfast sandwiches that have returned for a limited time in July. The items include the Bacon, the Egg & Cheese the Sausage, Egg & Cheese, the Egg & Cheese Bagel, and, of course, the highly anticipated Steak, Egg & Cheese sandwich, according to Fox 8 News.
Whether fans can expect a national rollout anytime soon is unclear. However, McDonald’s has alluded to bringing the famous Steak, Egg & Cheese sandwich back last year on Twitter, so it could be something to look forward to.
And Mickey D’s knows fans are tired of waiting. Right now, 25,000 people have petitioned to have the Steak, Egg, & Cheese sandwich back on the menu. All the same, while the bagels have made a comeback, All-day breakfast may never grace the permanent menu again.
