    Personally, I prefer non-serrated knives so I can smoothly slice into the meat. With serrated knives, I feel like I’m sawing through my meat and I waste all the the little muscle fibers that get created as I tear through it .So, how do you prefer to cut into your steak and other slabs of meat ?
