A 6lb Japanese Wagyu Tenderloin Roast in Costco will set you back a whopping $999.99, but they do also offer some more affordable Japanese Wagyu beef such as the Chuck Roll Bulgogi Style Slices which are sold at around $220 a pack.
Needless to say, if you want amazing quality and authentic Wagyu, then youll have to pay the price for it. In a restaurant, you would probably pay double the price of what they sell it for in a store like Costco.

In the past couple of years, we have learned a little bit about doing without. The coronavirus pandemic created a bunch of different shortages, especially during the first few weeks of the pandemic. Now, whether those shortages were legitimate or just a product of an overactive imagination among shoppers remains to be seen.
Sure we all wondered if we would have enough toilet tissue to get through the lockdowns. Then came the questions about sanitizers and cleaners, would we have enough to keep our groceries wiped down. A TIKTOKER has been slammed for stealing after uploading a video of himself using a “cheat” while shopping for steak at Walmart.
The viral TikTok video shows the man pulling a price label for $12.30 from a package of steak, revealing the original price of $24.38.
“Gotta compensate for them gas prices ya heard,” the user captioned the video.
The creator later wrote in a comment section that the steak was from Walmart.
The video implies that the user purposely switched the labels to score the meat for a lower price.
Customers are encouraged not to follow in the creator’s footsteps as this signifies theft on their part.

Look Throughout The Store For Deals
Dont just beeline for the Walmart clearance section on your next trip to the store. Some stores leave clearance items on endcaps throughout the store or even tucked away in their respective aisles. I tend to find a lot down in the home section or near the garden until something else replaces them on the shelf. Electronic clearance items will still be in the security case too, so dont be afraid to ask an employee to get them out for you.
Search the store, keep your eyes peeled for clearance stickers, and always check the endcaps.

Shop Walmart Holiday Clearance To Get The Lowest Prices On Seasonal Items
Shop a year early for all your holiday decorations to get the lowest prices.
When theyre trying to clear the shelves for the next holiday, Walmart starts selling the last seasons decor for at least 50% off .
For example, Walmart Christmas clearance will start the very next day after the holiday. Walmart Christmas clearance begins at 50% off on Dec. 26, and will climb to 75% off between Dec. 31 and Jan. 10. Eventually, by about January 11th, Christmas clearance will hit 90% off.
Plus, youll get major deals on holiday-related items beyond decorations. For the past few years, Ive used Valentines Day candy for Easter. My tip is to try and grab the not-so-holiday-looking items so I can repurpose them.
Walmart holiday clearance can be a little unconventional too. Halloween 2021 clearance included Wet Brushes with Disney Villains on them. At first glance, I wouldnt ever think to scan these items, but sure enough, they were included.
Look Out For Dented Cans And Save A Few Bucks
Most Walmarts will have a spot in the store where they put dented cans and discount them. Ask a worker to help you find this spot, or if you find a damaged item without a discount, ask for one.
Keep in mind, the dent cant be too big and cant be along the seams of the can. If thats the case, the can gets thrown out.
PRO TIP: You can still use manufacturer coupons on dented cans, as well as take advantage of rebates from apps like Ibotta and Checkout 51.

Produce Meat And Bakery Items Go On Clearance One Day Before Their Best By Date
Ive heard managers refer to this as a customer value markdown. Basically, theyll mark down the items the day before their best by date, typically around 8 p.m. My store has a big wire rack of all the bakery items down by the milk and eggs section. I love to go there late at night to grab donuts for the kids to munch on in the morning.
But, if you notice that its the day before the best by date and its not marked down, simply bring it to a manager. If the system allows it, theyll go ahead and mark it down for you. It doesnt hurt to ask!
If the items starting to look pretty rough , they wont sell them at all.
Viral Video Shows Ribeye Steak Locked Up In Chains At Walmart
A TikToker showed in a viral video steak at a Florida Walmart locked up in chains with a security lock, sparking a debate among commenters regarding food safety measures.
TikToker , or Michael Fromhold, shared the viral video to the platform, garnering 4.3 million views in just four days. The short 12-second video started with him holding a package of ribeye steaks priced at $20.83, however, the packaging is encased and chained up with a wired covering and an electronic security lock to prevent theft.
“Yo, you gotta be kidding me,” the TikToker said as he held the steak in the meat aisle of Walmart.
“Walmart now has the steak locked up,” he added while panning the camera to show the security lock on the side. “Holy s**t, it’s come to this. This is getting bad now man.”
This isn’t the first time Walmart has locked up products. The retailer stopped locking up “multicultural” personal care products in glass cases after coming under fire in recent years. According to USA Today, a woman sued Walmart in 2018 when she saw personal care products that were marketed toward African Americans locked up three different times. However, the lawsuit was dropped.
One viewer joked by pointing out that they think “Walmart also sells wire cutters.”
The jokes came rolling in over the locked-up steak. “I only eat cage-free beef!” someone quipped.
