I got the burger plate here for years and was happy. About ten years ago, I decided to try the beef souvlaki. Outstanding! A couple few years ago the pita was not as full of meat like it used to be. Still great. I would happily pay more for the same souvlaki sandwich I got before. Still my favorite from here. Was happy to see the Chula Vista location in case I was down there.
Thus place is good to go. Gyro is delicious. The plate and the sandwich. Portions are a plenty. Patty melt and other burgers are also very good. They get busy so if you want you can call your order in. Come here
I really miss living around the corner from here. They were #2 speed dial, right after my mom. I still get over there every once in a while and my only decision is whether I have the Fish and Chips dinner or the Gyro Salad. Their burgers are great, of course, since that is what they are known for. But that fish and chips and the gyro salad are among some of my “happy place” foods.
