Ellis Island steak and eggs deal at the Village Pub and Cafe is the cheapest steak and eggs on the Las Vegas strip.
The Village Pub and Cafe is open 24 hours a day. But you wont find the steak and eggs deal on the regular menu.
Its on the secret menu which isnt posted anywhere. You have to ask. Its one of those, if you know, you know type of deals. Now you know.
You can get steak and eggs at Ellis Island for $6.99 every day of the week. On the weekends, its available from 11 pm to 11 am and from 11 pm to 2 pm on weekends.
The special includes a 7 ounce steak, two eggs cooked to order, breakfast potatoes, and 2 slices of toast.
For less than $7 you get a decent amount of food. I appreciated the generous portion but my potatoes were cold. Breakfast potatoes should never be cold.
Pro-tip: The best time to come to avoid the line is early morning on a weekday.

I know about EI…. other than this place, where are some good deals for a steak?
What I’m looking for, is something maybe a little better than EI’s steak, which in my opinion is just pretty good…. and I’m wondering what I should expect to pay?
The reason I’m asking this is kinda nutty.. but I’m trying to figure out if I should order a steak dinner at the Voodoo Lounge Cafe when we go there, or should I just order an appetizer or desert there, and save money by eating someplace else…… yes we’re on a tight budget right now!!!! hehe
The steak dinner at Voodoo is $30, and a side order is gonna be $5 extra…
So I guess my question is – can I get a GOOD steak dinner for around $20 maybe??

There is an unadvertised porthouse steak special at the Redwood Room at the California that is quite nice. This is an old fashion classy resturant with dark booths, table clothes and good service. I think it was $19.95 for a complete meal.

Vegas can be done on a budget. Some people know that, and come here and still manage to have a great time. Imagine that.
I don’t understand why people buy the 325i when BMW makes much nicer models other than the ghetto version of a luxory car. Just my opinion though

For a nice 4* restaurant. Go to the 2nd Street Grill at the Fremont Hotel Casino Downtown. $22 for a 22 oz. T-Bone Steak, soup or salad, bread, vegies, potato of choice and dessert. It is a nice place and that is a complete meal. Great value. Pure Aloha is spoken there!
If you want to include Prime Rib, there are many other fantastic deals all over town.

I’ve been to Envy, which was really, really good and Cut inside of Flamingo, which was also really, really good.
