While I have been using this company for a few years now and have been extremely happy with the quality of food I receive, it was when I had a problem with a large delivery I had that the customer service came through and quickly. I had placed a large order, or stocking my freezer after I had moved the the delivery company didnt deliver on time and the whole delivery was ruined by them. When I called customer service about it not only did they replace the whole order they thanked me for allowing them to make it right. What company does that, go above and beyond for their customers. I have had a few orders since and all on time as they always have been before. Not only do you get great over the top food but over the top customer service as well. Loyal customer for life and now so are most of my friends.

My order sat in their office for 4 days before shipping. It arrived on the lengthy schedule they gave me, but most of that time was spent sitting in their office and warehouse.Any vendor that cant ship within two days isnt managing their process efficiently for the customer.About their customer service: it took 45 minutes on hold to reach a representative on day 3 of waiting for my order to ship. They told me the order had already shipped when in fact their own website showed the order status as still processing.Also they dont tell you that theyre going to bill you a significant shipping and handling charge. You dont see that shipping charge until the end of the order, and by then youve spent so much time going through all the ordering process and rejecting all the ads to buy more useless products that its wasted even more of your time.No good customer service! Dont order from them, theyre only a marketing company.

Away for Easter weekend and had a power outage. Lost 60% of my order. Omaha Steaks wouldn’t replace. Took me 3 calls and a conversation with a manager. I was told to call my homeowners insurance for the money. Really sad customer service. The order was for my husbands birthday and he was depressed. This company is very very disappointing. Sent gift and it arrived 3 days overdue and meat was rancid and stunk whole house when opening. Dry ice evaporated and meat was in heat for 3 days till it arrived So embarrassed and mortified my gift arrived and caused such a horrific stench and problem disposing of it. Company said sorry and refunded my money. WHAT!!! Asked if new order could be sent next day air to compensate this mistake and supervisor said no It would cost them 49.00 to do that and they could not do that. Just sorry and money refunded.Not Service I would ever recommend.
All the food, except the chicken is good, but all the food is too small which makes the prices too high. One more thing, when I say too small, I mean way too small. Total ripoff.
Food Is Pricey But Delicious
Food is pricey, but the with the shortage in the store we decided to try. Hubby got a big package. Arrived nice and COLD with dry ice. So far we tried the fritters , pork chops and the filet mignon . So tender they melt in your mouth, and the bacon is not as heavy and greasy, which is a plus! Can’t wait to try their potatoes and dessert! Saving a bit and getting this much quality? Yes please!
