Fresco is the collaborative effort of Loucas Sofocli and Alex Charalambous, owners of Loucas Restaurant in Edison, NJ and Ponte Vecchio in Old Bridge, NJ. Fresco Steak and Seafood Grill offers a very extensive menu specializing in steak and seafood at moderate prices. This “bring your own” restaurant is the perfect venue to have your special occasion party in one of our two private dining rooms.

Operations May Be Disrupted Due To Covid

This gem of a strip mall restaurant is unexpectedly pretty, with an appealing menu and food that is reliably good and served with a generous hand. The raw bar is a seafood lovers temptation with a chilled cocktail for two or more that could serve a crowd as a veritable aquarium full of clams on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, crab claws, jumbo lump crab meat, and oysters served with cocktail sauce and mustard. Notable among the steaks and chops is the grilled tenderloin of beef wrapped in bacon, topped with herb bread crumbs and finished with a brandy demi-glaze sauce. Another entrée, seafood risotto, is a creamy combination of wild rice, lobster, shrimp and scallops sautéed with asparagus and fresh tomatoes. This is a BYOB, which is a nice little savings.

We planed a friends 50th birthday party and thought we would give Frisco’s a try, We were a party of 12, 6 couples all our meals were perfect and the service was fantastic friendly ad joined in to the fun. The owner came by and treated not only the birthday boy but the hole table to a glass of champagne. Now thats class, can’t wait for the next party we defenetly will be comming back.

We visit Frisco once a year. It was always a high point. We ate there on Saturday Aug 4, 2012.I asked for no ice in my drink> Ice was put in my drink. My daughter ordered milk which they were out of at 5:30 on a Saturday night. I ordered the fish and chips which I have had in the past. This time it was the size of fish in a high liner box of frozen fish. It was about a quarter of the size from the previous time and tasted frozen not fresh. The prime rib my husband ordered came without Yorkshire pudding as they were out. they did not offer anything else to replace the fact they were out of the Yorkshire pudding. the bill came to $120.26. We will never go back
