Reviews For Jim’s Steakout

We are always a fan of Jim’s. The food is on point. Only once out of many times ordering was it just a meh order, but it was a late order so that’s probably why. All the other times, the subs are messy and so very delicious! Good tacos and chicken too!

Yesterday was the first time at Jim’s in over a year. Iwas starving because of a fasting medical test. I went out of my way to choose Jim’s steakout over Mighty. I tried to order 2 items but was not able to because they didn’t have raw onions, so I was limited to items that only had fried onions. Someone couldn’t make a grocery store run for a bag of onions??? Total B.S.!!! Management just plain SUCKS!!!

Always messes up our order. 3rd time in a row both subs again not prepared as ordered. Will never order from this location again. Ordered ahead online, got there at time I was told it would be ready but it wasnt. Was busy, understandable and Im not unreasonable but to wait almost 10 minutes extra AND the food was wrong did it for me.
