Peter Buchner, proprietor, opened Peters Steakhouse in 1999 and has established a loyal group of true beef lovers. The restaurant is situated in historic downtown Jensen Beach, Florida.
The features the specialty of 1 3/4 thick cuts of Peters Prime Beef dry aged for exceptional tenderness and flavor. Choose from New York Strip, Porterhouse and T-bones all prepared to your special order.
Once you have made the main course selection, choose from the outstanding supporting accompaniments Peters Hash Browns, Creamed Spinach and Fried Shoe String Onions are house favorites.

We stayed in Petersburg twice on our way to and from our vacation destination. Made it a point to return to Joe’s on second trip. Friendly service and great seafood. Hearty portions, too!
The service was great and the food outstanding. We ordered the Dinwiddie shrimp as appetizer it was excellent. For dinner we had Herb salmon and porterhouse steak they were both delicious the steak was the best I have ever had. Tender and flavorful. Mushroom Madeira and baked sweet potatoes were amazing. Ok I think I have run out of adjectives to describe this meal but we were not disappointed.

Joe’s Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab
This iconic dining destination dates back to 1913 in Miami, but feels right at home on the Las Vegas Strip. Joe’s is a classic American steakhouse with numerous dining rooms and an indoor “patio” in view of shoppers making the rounds inside the Forum Shops at Caesars. The restaurant has a loaded menu, but manages to do a lot of things exceptionally well. The 16-ounce bone-in filet has a deep, rewarding flavor for anyone looking for a lean cut, while a grilled seafood platter offers lobster, scallops and shrimp on the same plate. However, the best reason to visit Joe’s is the signature stone crabs, which are traditionally in season between October and May. Flown in from the Gulf of Mexico, the little guys carry ample meat. Crack ’em open at the table for dipping in a house-made mustard sauce or mix them up with your steak for the ultimate surf n’ turf. It’s worth pointing out that Joe’s also has a killer crab cake and is one of the few restaurants in Vegas serving Manhattan-style clam chowder, also known as “the red kind.”
