New set-up…order & pay on kiosks. Nobody greets you or thanks you. No interaction at all. They leave your food on the counter & walk away before you even pick it up. Bun was cold, cheese on burger was cold & not melted. We used to love this place… won’t be returning.
Friendly staff and good food. You get what you pay for here, the burgers and fries are good, just another decent fast food burger. The staff are very nice, though. I never mind coming here. The shakes are quite expensive but they are really good. Very rich and tasty. Not too sugary, but I cant even finish half on my own, too rich for me. Good for a quick bite or snack.
This is a Steak N Shake that was clean when I saw it. Not all Steak N Shakes are clean so that’s great. The indoor seating is open at this location. This location seems to be popular and well appreciated. The drive thru was popular as well. The wait times were on par with the other locations that have less customers, so they must be working well. Their shakes are good. Their burger meat is the flatter kind.
