Freddys Frozen Custard & Steakburgers takes a bite back in time with the return of its Philly Cheesesteak sandwich on Thursday, Dec. 8. A tasty rendition of a classic American favorite, the Philly Cheesesteak is crafted with sliced, seasoned steak, grilled onions and green peppers all topped with melted cheese, served on a hoagie roll. The seasonal entrée item will remain on the menu at participating Freddys restaurants until Feb. 1.
Many of our guests describe the Philly Cheesesteak as a favorite seasonal offer from Freddys, said Scott Redler, COO and Co-Founder. We bring it back year after year and it continues to be a crowd pleaser alongside our seasonal beloved frozen custard dessert, the Pumpkin Pie Concrete.
The Pumpkin Pie Concrete made its return in September and availability continues through Dec. 24. Fresh and creamy vanilla frozen custard is blended with a slice of pumpkin pie, crust and all. The dessert is topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.
In addition to its seasonal menu items, Freddys offers a bonus gift for a gift card purchase of $25 or more. With a gift card purchase, guests can choose one of two complimentary items: a bottle of Freddys Famous Seasoning or a bottle of Freddys Famous Fry Sauce. Freddys Launches Philly Cheesesteak Pb Crunch Dessert
Launched today, Freddys Philly Cheesesteak is a standouttender slices of sirloin steak and sautéed peppers and onions, topped with velvety cheese sauce on a hoagie bun. Its a mouthwatering classic that ranks high on Freddys annual calendar of featured food items.
New to the Freddys menu of tasty treats is the Peanut Butter Crunch Concrete. The secret? Bits of golden waffle cone mixed with swirls of rich fudge, fluffy marshmallow, and creamy peanut butter, all blended into Freddys famously smooth vanilla custard.
We changed our Philly this year and topped it with traditional cheese sauce just like it is served in Philadelphiathe new recipe is a big hit with our guests, says COO Scott Redler. The new Concrete was originally created by a general manager in one of our stores, and we all agree she came up with a winner in the Peanut Butter Crunch combination.
The two new menu features will run through Feb. 8 and are available at all 58 Freddys locations.

Worst Philly cheese steak I’ve ever had.the first sandwich I got had jalapeno nacho cheese which is supposed to be provolone on a Philly steak. Next sandwich was so soggy bread was so wet I don’t know if they’re keeping the meat in water and just transferred it without drying the meat to the bun but I couldn’t eat that one either cuz it was so mushy and nasty. That’s the second time I’ve gotten bad food from this restaurant I’ll never go back there again. Very disappointed
