4-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced1/3 cup water1 # steak 1/2 tsp steak seasoning1 small onion, diced2 Tbsp oilCombine potatoes, water, and salt in a glass bowl. Cover and microwave for 6-10 minutes or till potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Drain any excess water. While potatoes are cooking, cut steak into thin strips. Season with garlic pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet to medium high heat and add the steak and onion. Cook till brown. Add the drained potatoes and cook till they start to brown. Add more seasoning if you like. I served mine with a crisp green salad. And homemade ranch dressing. Of course.
